Faculty can request proxy borrower status so that research assistants can borrow materials on their behalf. To do so, the Libraries need clear permission and specific information about the individuals who will serve as proxy borrowers. Please fill out the form below and submit it to the Library.  

The assigned proxy should then come to the circulation desk with a valid VinUni card to ensure he/she is in the Library system.
