Promoting service excellence at VinUni Library with smile matters campaign
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the SMILE Matters campaign starting May 10, 2023. The campaign aims to promote good customer service and inspire students, faculty, and staff to perform actions or adopt attitudes that can positively impact the lives of others. The SMILE Matters campaign is a vital part of our mission to promote a culture of service and care at the library. Good customer service involves listening to our users’ needs, being courteous and respectful, providing accurate information, and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently. We believe that by embracing these values, we can create a positive and welcoming environment at the library.
Through various promotional activities, contests, and social media engagement, the campaign will encourage everyone to make a difference in someone’s life and inspire others to follow suit. By participating in the campaign, we can create a ripple effect of kindness and service excellence throughout the VinUni community.
