Resources
Find resources:
- Ask a Librarian: Need help with your research? Not sure where to start? Ask a Librarian.
- Catalogue: Find books, journal articles, journals, and other library materials.
- Databases: Search by topic for journal articles, conference proceedings and more in one of our library databases.
- Research Guides: Provides resources and tips for students to complete their research.
- E-journals: Access the library’s subscription e-journals on a variety of subjects.
- New Arrivals: Find resources to access current and older news sources.
Remote access to resources:
- Current students, faculty, staff, and certain community users may access online resources from anywhere.
- To log into resources from off campus you must use your name and password. Log in using the Remote Access button.
- Important: If you are logging on to library online resources from a public computer PLEASE remember to close your browser when you are finished using the online resources. This will prevent others from misusing library resources.
Use online resources:
- The use of electronic resources (databases, e-journals, etc.) is limited to the VinUni authorized users (VinUni’s students, faculty, and staff, staff from Vingroup’s P&Ls and other counterparts) and is governed by license agreements negotiated between VinUni and the publishers/providers.
- Users accessing library databases both on and off campus will be required to log in with their username and password.
- Users must follow Copyright Law and provisions of license agreements with individual providers. Online database material achieved must be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Unauthorized use of VinUni Library databases and other electronic resources can result in revocation of access of the whole university, then will be disciplined or referral to competent civil authorities.
- The Library supports the use of Open Access and Open Education Resources to support Open Knowledge and open teaching practices and improving learning outcome. See Open Scholarship Guide to OER resources.
Suggest a resource:
- The library welcomes suggestions from students, faculty and staff for materials not already owned. Please fill out the suggest a resource form online

- The library offers 4 main types of spaces to support learning, teaching, research, innovation, and entrepreneurial activities, including collaboration spaces, consultation spaces, sanctuary spaces, community engagement spaces.
