Book Talk with Dr. Nguyễn Cao Minh: “Trò chuyện với nỗi đau và vượt qua tổn thương”
Dear VinUni Faculty and Staff Members,
In recent years, conversations about mental health and psychotherapy have become increasingly prominent. Yet for many, these topics can feel both familiar and distant. We may often hear about “healing,” but what does the journey of recovery truly look like for someone experiencing psychological difficulties? Can one fully recover? And what challenges might they encounter along the way?
To explore these questions, VinUni Wellbeing Services collaborating with VinUni Library warmly invites you to join our upcoming Book Talk with Dr. Nguyễn Cao Minh, a psychologist with more than 20 years of experience in mental health research, psychoeducation, and clinical practice.
