Lexce Writing Contest 2025 – “The Keeper of Legacy: Writing the Next Chapter”
This year, the Lexce Writing Contest invited VinUni students to explore one of the most timeless questions: What does it mean to leave a legacy? Through stories, reflections, and imagined futures, students gave voice to this theme. Guided by our university’s symbolic figure, Lexce, the griffin guardian of knowledge.
And for the first time, students from all four Colleges—CAS, CHS, CECS, and CBM—not only participated, but also earned top honors. A beautiful testament to the collective spirit and imagination of our community.
But this is not the end of the journey. It is the beginning of a new chapter. The stories born in this contest will now live on in a curated collection titled: “Library of Lexce: The Keeper of Legacy” — a literary library experience designed to inspire future generations of VinUnians.
📚 Highlights of the Contest:
🔹 Nearly 20 submissions in both English and Vietnamese
🔹 A rich blend of fiction and non-fiction narratives that honored VinUni’s past while envisioning its future
🔹 Integration of AI-assisted creativity, alongside raw human storytelling power
Thank You!
To all participants: thank you for sharing your stories, your hearts, and your dreams. You’ve shown that the legacy isn’t written by one voice, but by the collective strength of many. The contest may have ended, but the legacy continues.

You have shown that legacy is a living, evolving conversation, one that transcends time, generation, and even this contest. And through the Library of Lexce, your stories will inspire new storytellers, new readers, and new keepers of legacy.
